1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any mobile applications, Chrome extensions, web applications, APIs, SaaS platforms, and software products (collectively, the "Services") operated by Boring Developments ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of our Services. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our Services. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Some of our Services may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration and keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@boringdev.org if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Abuse Services: Disrupt, interfere with, or abuse our APIs, databases, servers, networks, or other users' access.
• Reverse Engineer Software: Copy, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any source code, algorithms, or binary packages of our applications.
• Attempt Unauthorized Access: Bypass security walls, authentication mechanisms, or gain unauthorized access to our administrative dashboards and infrastructure.
• Upload Illegal Content: Submit or distribute materials that violate intellectual property, contain malicious viruses, are defamatory, or violate local laws.
• Violate Laws: Use our applications for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, applications, platforms, source code, designs, algorithms, graphics, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, and content included in our Services are and remain the exclusive property of Boring Developments and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any proprietary rights to you.

6. Payments

Certain Services may require payment of fees, including one-time purchases or subscription cycles. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in connection with your use of our Services. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partner, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your designated payment method for the specified amount.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) under the same terms unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Refunds

Refund policies depend on the distribution platform:

• Google Play Store / Apple App Store / Chrome Web Store: Refund requests are governed by the respective store's refund guidelines and must be submitted directly through your store account.
• Direct Web / SaaS Sales: Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, purchases are generally non-refundable. We evaluate individual refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email support to submit a request.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability for our Services, we do not guarantee that our software, APIs, or SaaS tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice or liability to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boring Developments, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use our Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boring Developments operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued access to or use of our Services after the modifications become effective indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
